Mount drive in Windows
If you want to access your personal network drive from outside the university network—for example, from home—you'll first need an active VPN connection (VPN) via eduVPN.
- Install eduVPN (from LRZ) and use it to connect to the university network (instructions for VPN client for Windows)
- In Windows Explorer, select "Map network drive" (right-click on "This PC" and select "Map network drive").
