About the person

Degree in Slavonic Languages and Literature
Project management in the public sector
Since 1999, I work for universities in Bavaria, Germany, initially for 10 years at the International Office of the Technical University of Munich.
2011-2020 freelance in mediation, facilitation, coaching, and team development.
In 2013, I moved to LMU Munich and became managing director of various Bavarian research associations, since 2016 at the Department of Media and Communication (IfKW).
2016 Td Summer School in Luneburg, 2017 ITD Conference and since then in the Community of the Global Alliance for Inter- and Transdisciplinarity (ITD-Alliance)
Member of the working group "Integration-Experts and Expertise"
In 2022, I founded the Office for Research Association Management at IfKW, 2023 the "co-office" at University of Augsburg.
I am a committed networker, both within and outside the academic community, interested to mutually learn about the management of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research.
