About
Heidi Schulze is a Research Associate at the Department of Media and
Communication at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). She is
part of the top research cluster MOTRA – Monitoring and Transferplatform
Radicalization (BMFTR, BMI, BMFSJ) and Co-PI at Com-DS (EU, BMFTR).
In her research, she focuses on radicalization dynamics online,
radical/extremist (group) communication on social media platforms and their
effects on society as well as characteristics and audiences of alternative
news websites.
