About the person
Anea Meinert is a research assistant in the DFG project “Responsible Terrorism Coverage” (Dr. Marc Jungblut). In her PhD project, she is examining party communication in relation to issue occupation. Furthermore, she is interested in political propaganda and the connection between right-wing extremism and environmental protection.
From 2017 to 2021 she studied Communication Science with a minor in Political Science (B.A.) at the University of Mannheim and from 2021 to 2023 Media and Political Communication (M.A.) at the Free University of Berlin. During her studies, she worked as a tutor and student research assistant. She also had various jobs as a working student in PR.
